The Audio Response System can be accessed using any touchtone telephone. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can now access your account information and perform many transactions with our user friendly system.

You can use the system to verify when payroll last posted, access share balances, make transfers, check withdrawl (mailed directly to your home), account transaction history and much, much more!

Please remember to press the # (pound sign) button after any numerical selection.

When you enter dollars and cents, omit the decimal point. Example: Input 33600# for $336.00. The Audio Response System will always verify the amount before processing.

The Audio Response System cannot perform transactions between different members accounts.

If you make a mistake, press 0 followed by #. The system will return to the main menu and you may start over.
