We are pleased to provide Home Equity Loans to our members. A Home Equity Loan is a secured loan based on a percentage of the outstanding equity available on your property.

Our Home Equity Loans will feature low, fixed rates with terms of 3, 5, 7 and 10 years. Interest may be tax deductible (consult your tax advisor).
Some common uses for Home Equity Loans include: home improvement, debt consolidation, education expenses, new or used cars, financing a new business, investment opportunities, and wedding expenses.

Husbands, wives, children, brothers, sisters, parents, grandparents or grandchildren are now allowed to open their own accounts! Family membership also includes stepparents, stepchildren, stepsiblings and adoptive relationships

Family members can open their own share (savings) account with the required $50 minimum balance. Thereafter, they have the same access to our services as do the current members. They can have share draft (checking) accounts, ATM/POS cards, Audio Response System, share certificates (CDs), IRAs, Christmas Clubs, and Vacation Clubs.

Family members can also apply for any of the loans which we offer such as; First Mortgages, Signature (Personal) Loans, Vacation Loans, Holiday Loans, and New and Used Car Loans
